Typically within 48 hours of our discovery call. I'll need access to your lead database and preferred communication methods, then I'm ready to start converting.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No contracts required. Book Her operates month-to-month with no minimum commitments. You can pause or stop services anytime with 7 days notice.

What information do you need to get started?

Your lead database (CRM export, spreadsheet, or system access), your service pricing, key selling points, and any specific booking requirements or availability.

Service Delivery

How do you verify attended bookings?

We use a shared tracking system where you mark appointments as "attended" or "no-show" within 48 hours. I also follow up directly with you after each booking to confirm attendance. You only pay for verified attended appointments.

Do you work with my existing CRM?

Yes! I'm proficient with most major CRM systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and others. If you don't have a CRM, I can recommend affordable options or work with simple spreadsheets.

What if my leads don't convert into bookings?

That's my risk, not yours. If leads genuinely can't be converted, you pay nothing. However, I'll provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to your lead generation process.

Do you provide your own calling system?

I can work with your existing phone system or provide my own professional setup for an additional fee. We'll discuss the best option during our discovery call.

Pricing & Payment

When do I pay for services?

Payment is only required after verified results. For Pay-Per-Booking, you pay after confirmed attendances. For hourly services, payment is weekly. For commission work, payment is after you receive payment from your client.

Are there any hidden costs or setup fees?

No setup fees, no hidden costs. The prices listed are exactly what you pay. The only additional cost might be if you choose to use my calling system instead of yours.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, card payment, or invoice for established clients. Payment terms are typically 7 days for most services.

What's your typical show-up rate for booked appointments?

My average is 85% show-up rate because I focus on proper qualification and confirmation processes. Industry standard is usually 60-70%.

How many bookings can I expect?

This depends on your lead quality and service type. Typically, I can convert 15-30% of warm leads into attended bookings. Cold database reactivation usually sees 5-15% conversion rates.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with results?

Communication is key. If you're unhappy, we'll discuss issues immediately and adjust the approach. If we can't resolve concerns, you can pause services with no penalty. Remember - you only pay for actual results.

How do you handle confidential client information?

I sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements as standard. Your client data and business information are completely secure and never shared.

What happens if you get sick or are unavailable?

I maintain professional standards and will always communicate any issues immediately. For extended unavailability, I can arrange temporary coverage or pause billing until I return.
